Cancellation / Refund Policy

Written requests for cancellations must be received in the ECCE Directorate by e-mail forum@ecceconference.com by April 23, 2019, and are subject to a 30€ processing fee. Cancellations received after April 23, 2019, will NOT be honored and all registration fees will be forfeited.

On the Spot Payment

We receive payments on the spot on special conditions which include:

There are no discounts provided (including Early Bird)

In case of abstract acceptance a participant sends a booked airticket by email to the Organizing Committee before the payment deadline

The payment is made on the spot to the authorized person, in rubles (exchange at the current exchange rate on the day of payment)

Additional options on the first day of the Conference are not available
