Dear colleagues,

On behalf of Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation I would like to welcome you on the VI International conference Early Childhood Care and Education.

The conference is an important professional event where the researchers, experts and specialists of different countries have a chance to share their experience, discuss the topical issues of early education. Early childhood is a special period when children acquire social skills, adaptation to the environment and communication with adults and children of the same age. The main goal of the pedagogues is to use such methods that can provide for successful development of every child in the future.

I wish to the participants and the organizers substantial discussions, new ideas and successful work.

Commission of the Russian Federation for UNESCO officially supports the holding of VI International Conference "Early Childhood Care and Education" on May 10-13 in Moscow and provides the event with its aegis.

We are sure that the conference will contribute to the implementation of task 4.2. The goals of sustainable development on education: "By 2030, ensure that all girls and boys have access to quality development, care and preschool education for young children, so that they are ready for primary education."

I wish all participants fruitful work, which would lead to the development of effective recommendations at the international level.
